Garlic Plus soft gels contain 10 mg of Garlic oil from 100:1 concentrate equivalent to 1000 mg of fresh garlic. In addition to 50 mg of Parsley powder from 4:1 concentrate, equivalent to 200 mg of fresh parsley. Garlic oil has well-studied and known effects on blood pressure control therefore when combined with concentrated parsley leaf powder acting as a diuretic, further enhancements in blood pressure control occur.
